CD14 and autoimmune myocarditis: In previous studies of our group in another model of autoimmune disease, experimental autoimmune myocarditis [12], we observed that OA-treatment significantly increased the percent of Treg compared with those of the control mice group, without affecting the frequency of CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T cells, CD14+ macrophages/monocytes, and CD19+ B cells.
