CBX7 function tests found that after overexpressing CBX7, the proliferative capacity and the cell viability of prostate cancer cells also robustly increased while apoptosis decreasing, consistent with the results of circGOLPH3 overexpression; after CBX7 expression interfered, the prostate cancer cell proliferation activity decreased and the apoptosis was increased. This evidence concerns the gene CBX7 and prostate carcinoma.
