In combination with the faster and milder radiolabeling features, AAZTA5-PSMA-617 thus demonstrates potential for in vivo application for theranostics of prostate cancer, in particular for [44Sc]Sc-AAZTA5-PSMA-617 and [177Lu]Lu-AAZTA5-PSMA-617. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate cancer.
