In the present study, we found for the first time that BRAP is abnormally overexpressed in human pan-cancer including ACC, BLCA, BRCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, KIRP, LAML, LGG, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, OV, PAAD, PRAD, READ, SKCM, STAD, THCA, and UCS compared with normal tissues. The gene discussed is BRAP; the disease is cancer.
