Our results show diminished expression of Snail and Slug in the T24 cells grown on the hAM scaffolds in comparison to the T24 cells grown on synthetic scaffolds and taken together with the results of diminished expression of N-cadherin, collagen IV immunostaining and histological staining, we suggest that hAM harbors anti-cancer molecules that hinder the invasive potential of cancer cells.
