GZMK and cancer: In addition to the genes already known to be associated with T-cell infiltration (CD7, CD247, and SYK), and DC and NK-cell functions (BTLA for DC8, and CD160, PRF1, GZMK, GZMM, KLRC1, and KLRC2 for NK cells48), the two signatures include genes predicting a prognostic benefit in different types of cancer.
