The NSABP C-07 trial showed that BRAF mutations in CRC were also associated with dMMR, advanced age, a trend towards higher T stage, and decreased survival after recurrence (HR 2.31, 95% CI 1.83–2.95, p < 0.0001), and worse OS (HR 1.46, 95% CI 1.20–1.79, p = 0.0002) [49]. This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and colorectal carcinoma.
