Collectively, the findings of the present study demonstrate that GPER may promote NSCLC cell growth by regulating YAP1‐TEAD/QKI/circNOTCH1/m6A methylated NOTCH1 signalling (Figure 6D) and targeting this signalling with small molecules may be promising therapeutic strategies to retard NSCLC progression. This evidence concerns the gene GPER1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
