Notably, under si-LINC01140 + anti-miR-140-5p CM, the effects of LINC01140 knockdown were significantly reversed by the inhibition of miR-140-5p (Figure 6E–6G), indicating that LINC01140 targets miR-140-5p to counteract miR-140-5p-mediated suppression of FGF9, therefore promoting bladder cancer cell aggressiveness and macrophage M2 polarization.
