Interestingly, JAK2 inhibitor SOCS3 was greatly upregulated, while phosphorylated JAK2, and phosphorylated STAT3 were all downregulated (Fig. 6a), indicating DNMT3a may be involved in SOCS3/pJAK2/pSTAT3 signaling pathway regulation in HCC.
