E2F3 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Besides, the oncogenic mechanism of CRNDE in HCC also included regulating the expression of NF‐κB and p‐Akt through suppressing miR‐384, as well as activating the mTOR signaling pathway by regulating the phosphorylation level of mTOR and P70S6 K,44, 45 etc. In the identified HCC‐specific ceRNA network, SNHG11 and CRNDE functioned in HCC through the hsa‐miR‐199a‐5p/E2F3 signaling pathway.
