SNHG11, CRNDE, MYLK‐AS1, E2F3, and CHEK1 were found to be significantly highly expressed in the high‐risk group, while miR‐195‐5p, miR‐199a‐5p, and RASGEF1B were lowly expressed in the high‐risk group, demonstrating the vital roles of the four regulatory axes in the prognosis of HCC and the prognostic value of the prognostic signature. Here, CHEK1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
