To explore whether the effect of ARHGEF39 on phenotypes of ccRCC cells was mediated by the AKT/ERK signaling pathway, we treated the ARHGEF39-overexpressed UT33A cells with LY294002 (an AKT inhibitor) or PD98059 (an ERK inhibitor). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
