SPAG5 and breast cancer: Conversely, loss of function of miR-10b-3p by using a specific miRNA inhibitor released SPAG5 transcript (Fig. 2A–C) and protein expression in both MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cell lines (Fig. 2B–D and Supplementary Fig. 2B, C) and in MCF-10A cells (Fig. 2E, F and Supplementary Fig. 2D).
