SPAG5 and breast carcinoma: Ectopic expression of miR-10b-3p reduced mRNA (Fig. 2A–C and Supplementary Fig. 2E–G) and protein levels of SPAG5 in four different breast cancer cell lines: MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, MCF-7, and SUM-159PT (Fig. 2B–D and Supplementary Fig. 2B, C, F–H), respectively, as well in MCF-10A, an untransformed breast cell line (Fig. 2E, F and Supplementary Fig. 2D).
