Thirteen HLA-A2+ participants with pretreated final stage (IIIb and IV) non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) overexpressing MAGE-A3 or -A4 antigens were qualified to receive dexosome immunotherapy in the first line of phase I trials [161], and nine participants completed the therapy.
