MAGEA3 and cancer: Based on these findings, we hypothesize that the decrease in the percentage of cells in S-phase and deceleration of cancer migration observed in our in vitro experiments might be attributed to the blockage of interactions between MAGE-A3 and TRIM E3 RING ubiquitin ligase and disruption of MAGE-RING ligase complex formation by MAGE-A3 antibodies.
