TP53 and neoplasm: Meanwhile, the fusion mutation of MINPP1 & PAPSS2‐PTEN causes the decrease in the protein phosphorylase and esterase in the PTEN gene,24 thus inducing the antagonistic inhibition of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and promoting the upregulation of PIP3, while the receptor of VEGFR2 blockades the downstream signaling pathway of PI3K, promotes the original activation pathway, thus upgrading TP53 and inducing tumor apoptosis.
