TXNIP and polycystic ovary syndrome: These three DELs (KLF3-AS1, MAPKAPK5-AS1, and WWC2-AS2), one DEM (hsa-miR-382), and five DEGs [including 3 in the coexpression or ceRNA axes (PLCG2, MAP3K14, and TXNIP) and 2 interacted genes (PLK and TLR1) in the PPI network] were predicted to be regulated by 10 small molecular drugs for the treatment of PCOS via CMap and CTD analyses.
