TXNIP and polycystic ovary syndrome: Based on coexpression and ceRNA network analyses, the present study identified that several lncRNAs (KLF3-AS1, WWC2-AS, and MAPKAPK5-AS1), miRNAs (miR-382), and DEGs (PLK1, PLCG2, TXNIP, TLR1, and MAP3K14) were associated with the development of PCOS.
