As shown in Table 1, high expression of Prp19 was significantly associated with bone marrow metastasis, NB/GNB-N, unfavorable histologic and high risk (p = 0.009, 0.021, 0.022, and 0.023, respectively); however, there were no associations with age at diagnosis and clinical stage in our TMA, possibly due to insufficient sample size. This evidence concerns the gene PRPF19 and neuroblastoma.
