Similar to the whole liver homogenate results, endotoxemia was associated with a decrease in the mRNA levels of Sephs2 (Figure 5A), Pstk (Figure 5B), Sepsecs (Figure 5C) and the selenium recycler protein, Scly (Figure 5D) within the hepatocyte fraction of the liver.
