In the current study, we observed that high baseline levels of sPD-L1 (>14.35 pg/ml) in glioma patients were correlated not only with poorer OS (23.1 vs. 28.7 months, P = 0.008) but also with poorer PFS (20.4 vs. 26.7 months, P = 0.027) in univariate analysis. This evidence concerns the gene SPDL1 and central nervous system cancer.
