The results revealed that the high expression of TRIM2 increased not only the resistance of ccRCC cell lines to paclitaxel, S-Trityl-L-cysteine, pyrimethamine, GW843682X and bortezomib (P < 0.05), but also the sensitivity of ccRCC cell lines to salubrinal, GNF-2, XMD8-85, PHA-665752 and BEZ235 (Supplementary Figure 5). The gene discussed is TRIM2; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
