IL1B and periodontitis: Finally, the AUC was 0.88 (95% CI: 0.772–0.998, p < 0.001) for IL-1β, which suggests that CGF amounts of IL-1β ≥ 115.26 pg in moderate sites identify the presence of highly progressive periodontitis, with a sensitivity of 0.94 and a specificity of 0.70 (Figure 5).
