A meta-analysis of retrospective studies and a recent prospective multicenter trial on 68Ga-PSMA ligand PET/CT revealed that detection rate in recurrent PC depends on the PSA-value, and rises from 38% (PSA-levels < 0.5 ng/mL) up to 97% (PSA-levels ≥ 5 ng/mL) [8,9]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and pachyonychia congenita.
