Since the hub expression of Ki-67, caspase 3, CD31, and EMT is commonly associated with tumor cell growth, proliferation, migration, and invasion ability (Ki-67 stands for proliferation, caspase 3 stands for apoptosis, CD31 stands for angiogenesis, and EMT ration stands for migration and invasion ability), correlations among these markers were evaluated. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and neoplasm.
