KEGG pathway analysis showed that pathways related to tumor progression and immune response, such as JAK-STAT signaling pathway, B-cell receptor (BCR), T-cell receptor (TCR), and TOLL-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathways, cytokine receptor signaling pathways, and natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytotoxicity were significantly enriched in the OSMhigh group, whereas, pathways related to Huntington’s and Parkinson’s disease were significantly enriched in the OSMlow group (Figure 8A). The gene discussed is SOAT1; the disease is neoplasm.
