These prognosis-related genes are mainly enriched in B cell receptor signaling pathways and are highly related to PDCD1, PDCD1LG2, LAG3, and CTLA4 immune checkpoints; this suggests that immunotherapy may improve the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer patients by regulating these prognosis-related genes. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
