TNF and psoriasis: Neutrophils can cause NETosis, and cytokines, including IL-1β, IL-36γ, and TNF-α ,are secreted by macrophages activated by NETs; moreover, MyD88/NF-kB activation by IL-36γ and the production of IL-17A from γδ T cells promoted by IL-1β form a pathological condition of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like lesions.
