To further confirm the effects of CXCL13, we isolated CD163+ or CD206+ macrophages (TAMs) from primary CRC tissues and then cocultured them with SW480 or RKO cells with the anti-CXCL13 antibody added to CM or cocultured them with SW480 or RKO cells transfected with shCXCR5. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and colorectal carcinoma.
