They were more likely to have a normal karyotype (P = 0.01) and to be NPM1 mutated (P = 0.04), but less likely to harbor CBF AML (P = 0.003), or a FLT3-ITD (P = 0.04, Fig. 4d, Supplementary Table S5). Here, CEBPZ is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
