Transfection of pA-Myc and pA160-309 also resulted in more than 8-fold higher expression of the P protein compared with transfection of pMu160-309 or the control vector pMyc in ATP6V1A RNAi cells that were infected with ERA virus at an MOI of 0.01 at 60 h post infection (Fig. 8, D and E), which is comparable with that in mock knockdown cells.
