ADAM22 retained an association with poor disease-free survival in all breast cancer subtypes (Log-rank (p = 0.0208), Cox proportional hazard model (HR 1.59, 95% CI is 1.04–2.43, p = 0.03)) (Fig. 3a) as well as in ER-positive breast cancer patients (Log-rank (p = 0.0432), Cox proportional hazard model (HR 1.67, 95% CI is 1.01–2.8, p = 0.048)) (Fig. 3b). This evidence concerns the gene ADAM22 and breast cancer.
