Furthermore, it has been previously identified that Jagged 1 (JAG1) expression on DCs is responsible for Th2 differentiation by interacting with Notch on CD4+ T cells, and our result was consistent with the finding that JAG1 was upregulated in DCs from patients with allergies, with statistical significance unless the Log2FC value was below 1.5 [28].
