Gene modified (GM) NK-92 cells expressing DNAM-1 were able to degranulate effectively against all target sarcoma explants and cell lines, GM NK-92 cells expressing NKG2D showed slightly lower degree of degranulation, whereas GM NK-92 cells expressing other activating receptors such as NKp44 and 2B4 showed less than 20% of degranulation. This evidence concerns the gene NCR2 and sarcoma.
