TAP2 and immune system disorder: Another intriguing feature was the concomitant suppression of immunodeficiency (attested by the evolution of immune response biomarkers, in line with our previous findings on HA12 and TAP2 [15]) and the return to normal values of both trypsinogens in curcumin-treated rats, which appears to be connected to the question raised by Chen et al. on immune escape in pancreatic cancer [50].
