COVID-19 patients who reported smoking (OR: 1.73; 95% CI: 1.02–2.93), alcohol consumption (OR: 2.17; 95% CI: 1.38–3.41), and to be on ACE inhibitors (OR: 5.58; 95% CI: 1.80–17.30) were also more likely to be referred because of disease progression (Table 2).
