ABCG2 and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma: Our fecal metabonomics data suggested that metabolites affected by ET were primarily enriched in ABC transporters, phenylalanine metabolism, central carbon metabolism in cancer, purine metabolism, L-tyrosine digestion and absorption, mineral absorption, taste transduction, renal cell carcinoma, fatty acid biosynthesis, and aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis.
