Collectively, the interplay between T cells and tumor vasculature primes a CD4 T cell activation and the interferon gamma (IFNγ) production, associated with the normalization of tumor vessels and consequent hypoxia attenuation, reduced intra tumor immunoparesis and further recruitment of bystanders’ immune infiltrates, leading to an even enhanced angiogenesis homeostasis. Here, CD4 is linked to neoplasm.
