SIRT1 decreased significantly with the increase of FM (AN 3.39 ± 2.2 ng/mL; NW 2.47 ± 0.9 ng/mL; obesity 1.60 ± 1.8 ng/mL) in parallel with adiponectin (AN 6.39 ± 1.7 μg/mL; NW 4.82 ± 1.3 μg/mL; obesity 4.3 ± 1.7 μg/mL); leptin concentration increased with the expansion of FM (AN 5.63 ± 7.6 ng/mL; NW 6.13 ± 6.0 ng/mL; obese 23.75 ± 17.7). This evidence concerns the gene LEP and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
