The number of missense mutations in the LRP1B, KMT2D, RNF213 and CSMD3 genes was eight (8/27, 29.6%), seven (7/27, 25.9%), seven (7/27, 25.9%) and six (6/27, 22.2%) in the lung cancer group, respectively, and none of the genes were mutated in the benign disease control group. This evidence concerns the gene RNF213 and lung carcinoma.
