The data obtained from RT-PCR demonstrated the considerable rising trend in expressions of IL-10, IL-35 (EBI3 or IL-12P35), TGF-β, PDL-1, and FasL genes (P < 0.0001) in the B-cell population of the SLE patients compared with ones isolated from the healthy subjects (Fig. 1). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
