In another study, TP53 mutations in cfDNA were only identified in 50% of the patients [47]; however, in another cohort of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, TP53 mutations were found in 71.7% (81/113) of patients [7], which again might be due to different inclusion criteria.
