The IPA pathway analysis revealed that these proteins are primarily involved in immune/inflammatory pathways (LXR/RXR activation, acute phase response signaling, FXR/RXR activation, and complement system), coagulation-related pathways (coagulation system, intrinsic prothrombin activation pathway, extrinsic prothrombin activation pathway, GP6 signaling pathway, and atherosclerosis signaling), and energy metabolism-related pathways (glycolysis I, gluconeogenesis I, and glucocorticoid receptor signaling) (Figure 2B, detailed data in Supplementary Table S4). Here, NR1H4 is linked to atherosclerosis.
