The results of the present study also demonstrated significantly higher expression levels of ELR− CXC chemokines/receptors (CXCL9, CXCL13, CXCR3, and CXCR4) involved in lymphocyte chemotaxis in tumor cells from lymph node metastasis sites as well as in the primary lesions of patients with lymph node metastases (CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11, CXCR3, CXCR5, and CXCR7). The gene discussed is CXCR4; the disease is neoplasm.
