The mRNA expression levels of BMI1, Nanog, CD133, and SCF were significantly lower in Celecoxib-treated HCC cells than in vehicle-treated HCC cells (p-values of CSPS markers: BMI1, Nanog, CD133 < 0.01, SCF < 0.05 in Tong cells; Nanog, CD133 < 0.01, and BMI1, SCF < 0.05 in HepG2 cells; BMI1, Nanog, CD133, SCF < 0.05 in Huh7 cells) (Figure 7C). This evidence concerns the gene PROM1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
