The duration of NAC for lung cancer patients with a low stage and better prognosis can be continued during the pandemic. For patients with postoperative lymph node stage N2 with EGFR gene mutations, oral EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) as NAC treatment may be considered a treatment option.Patients with gene mutations including EGFR, anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion (ALK), and ROS1 fusion, could benefit from targeted oral drugs during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, without combination therapy. This evidence concerns the gene ROS1 and lung cancer.
