COL1A2 and cancer: Genes encoding the collagen family proteins, including COL10A1, COL14A1, COL16A1, COL1A2, COL3A1, COL5A1, COL5A2, COL6A1, COL6A2, COL6A3, COL8A1, COL8A2, OL1A2, and COL3A1, along with 13 other dysregulated genes were involved in diseases and functions related to cancer, connective tissue disorders, and organismal injury and abnormalities, whereas 25 dysregulated genes, including ADAM12, ADAMTS10, and ADAMTS2, were involved in diseases and functions related to connective tissue disorders, hereditary disorders, and organismal injury and abnormalities.
