Table 2 shows the association of FBLN2 immunoexpression with clinicopathological characteristics. In UTUC patients, high FBLN2 expression was significantly associated with advanced pathologic tumor stage, high histological grade, lymph node metastasis, VI, PNI, and high mitotic activity (all p < 0.001). Similarly, in UBUC patients, we found significant associations between high FBLN2 expression and advanced pT status (p < 0.001), high histological tumor grade (p = 0.003), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.001), VI (p < 0.001), PNI (p = 0.001), and high mitotic rate (p < 0.001). Here, FBLN2 is linked to neoplasm.
