Here, we first explored the expression and prognostic efficacy of LOXL2 in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA), GSE16011 and the Repository for Molecular Brain Neoplasia Data (REMBRANDT), then detected its functions in tumorigenesis, EMT, and sensitivity to TMZ in glioma cells.
