Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the CRP/albumin ratio (odds ratio (OR) = 21.747, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 6.506–72.683, P < 0.001) and 6% hydroxyethyl starch amount (OR = 1.053, 95% CI = 1.014–1.093, P = 0.007) were significantly associated with AKI after radical cystectomy (Table 3).
