Among them, seven genes including GRB2, NRAS, NFKBIE, MAPK3, BCL10, NFATC2, and PIK3R2 were positively correlated (R > 0.15 and p < 0.01), whereas eight genes including BLNK, IFITM1, AKT3, FOS, AKT1, NFKBIA, CD81, and PLCG2 were negatively correlated (R < −0.15 and p < 0.01) with KPNA2 expression in HCC in both TCGA-HCC dataset (Figure 3A) and ICGC-HCC dataset (Figure 3B). This evidence concerns the gene NFKBIA and hepatocellular carcinoma.
