Although KPNA2 was implicated in many inflammatory processes (Liu et al., 2015; Pallett et al., 2019; Park et al., 2019), and its tumor-promoting activities in HCC (Gao et al., 2018; Lin et al., 2018; Zan et al., 2019) were shown in many studies, its associations with immune response in HCC and their clinical significance were not clearly illustrated. Here, KPNA2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
