KPNA2 and neoplasm: Although KPNA2 was implicated in many inflammatory processes (Liu et al., 2015; Pallett et al., 2019; Park et al., 2019), and its tumor-promoting activities in HCC (Gao et al., 2018; Lin et al., 2018; Zan et al., 2019) were shown in many studies, its associations with immune response in HCC and their clinical significance were not clearly illustrated.
