Furthermore, the expression levels of KIF11, TPX2, KIF20A, and CCNB2 in multiple samples from different stages (I–IV) of tumor progression were compared using the Kruskal–Wallis test, and the results revealed that in comparison with normal tissue samples, the expression levels of KIF11, TPX2, KIF20A, and CCNB2 were higher at each stage of HCC (Figures 5E–H). Here, CCNB2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
